AUTOCLAVE INVASIVE MAINTENANCE  (TUTTNAUER 2340M)
Machine has gone through years of no maintenance or service to the extend that functional operations have seized or significantly slowed  •  Machine would no longer drain  •  Switches no longer activating  •  Use of 'Ohm reader' on circuit board required to identify power usage intervals   •  Machine disassembly  •  Lubrication of hinges  •  Rethreading pipe seals   •  Invasive cleaning  •  Preventative parts were restored  •  Others parts were replaced  •  Chemical and vigorous cleaning to remove calcification  •  Grime and biofilm removed to restore stainless steel shine  •  Class 5 Integrator Chemical Testing  •  Biological Indicator (Spore Count) Testing  •  Multiple cycles needed to flush chemicals  •  Machine is ready for use again, hopefully for many more years to come

AUTOCLAVE INVASIVE MAINTENANCE (*OLD* TUTTNAUER 2340M)
Customer request for cleaning and update on mechanical functions  •  Preventative maintenance replaces broken or worn parts like filters, gaskets, and lids  •  Other components are restored to a 'like new' condition using all original materials  •  Complete restoration and calibration of system functions  •  Upon inspection, significant blockage was discovered due to a 'bug' and 'broken' materials blocking drain passage  •  Chemical and Biological Indicators all passed  •  Completed service report with all system timings presented to customer.
AUTOCLAVE INVASIVE MAINTENANCE (TUTTNAUER 2340M)
Customer request for cleaning and update on mechanical functions  •  Preventative maintenance replaces broken or worn parts like valves and gaskets  •  Other components are restored to a 'like new' condition using all original materials  •  Complete restoration and calibration of system functions  •  Upon inspection, significant blockage was discovered due to a 'hair' and 'debris' materials blocking drain passage  •  Chemical and Biological Indicators all passed  •  Completed service report with all system timings presented to customer.
AUTOCLAVE INVASIVE MAINTENANCE (*OLD* RITTER/MIDMARK M9)
Older unit customer had asked for a check-up on •  Machine has significant age and wear  •  Use of 'Ohm reader' on circuit board required to identify power usage intervals   •  Machine disassembly  •  Lubrication of hinges and latches  •  Rethreading pipe seals   •  Invasive cleaning  •  Preventative parts were restored  •  Others parts were replaced  •  Chemical and vigorous cleaning to remove calcification  •  Grime and biofilm removed to restore stainless steel shine  •  Class 5 Integrator Chemical Testing  •  Biological Indicator (Spore Count) Testing  •  Multiple cycles needed to flush chemicals  •  Machine is ready for use again, hopefully for many more years to come
AUTOCLAVE INVASIVE MAINTENANCE (*DISCONTINUED* OMEGA ST)
Old obsolete autoclave (sterilizer) that had not been used in years with parts that are no longer in production  •  Machine would intermittently 'short' and had years of build up from 'dirty' wraps and non-distilled water  •  Testing and exploration to diagnose issues  •  Use of 'Ohm reader' on circuit board required to identify shorts at high power usage intervals   •  Machine disassembly  •  Lubrication of hinges  •  Rethreading pipe seals   •  Invasive cleaning  •  Preventative parts were restored rather than replaced because items are no longer available  •  Chemical and vigorous cleaning to remove calcification and grime and restore stainless steel shine  •  Class 5 Integrator Testing  •  Multiple cycles needed to flush chemicals  •  Machine is ready for use again, hopefully for many more years to come
